The river pebble/The goose pebble sand making process is divided into three stages: coarse crushing and fine crushing, sand screening and sand washing and recovery.

• The first stage: coarse crushing fine crushing： The material is uniformly fed by the vibrating feeder through the bin and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After coarse crushing, the material is screened by the vibrating screen and transported to the cone crusher for medium crushing by the belt conveyor.
• The second stage: sand screening：The crushed material is transported by the belt conveyor to the sand making machine for fine crushing, and then the crushed material is screened by the round vibrating screen for coarse sand, medium sand, fine sand and other specifications.
• The third stage: sand washing and recovery： For the sand with strict powder content requirements, a sand washing machine can be added behind the fine sand, and the sewage discharged by the sand washing machine can be recovered by the fine sand recovery device, which can reduce environmental pollution on the one hand and increase the sand production on the other hand.
