Granite characteristics

Granite uniform structure, hard texture, beautiful color, durable, is a high-quality building stone, known as the “rock five” said. Granite can be used in construction from the roof to the floor. If crushed, it can be made into cement or rock to fill DAMS. Granite is not easy to weather, the color is beautiful, the appearance of the color can be maintained for more than 100 years, in addition to being used as an ideal building decoration, hall ground, or the ideal choice of open-air carving material. Because granite is rarer than pottery or other man-made materials, placing granite floors can greatly increase the value of large properties, and natural granite countertops have unique temperature resistance, which is ideal for all types of plate processing.

The processing of granite is divided into three stages: coarse crushing of jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing of cone crusher and sand shaping of sand making machine.

• The first stage: coarse crushing: The granite bulk material is uniformly fed by the vibrating feeder through the bin and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After coarse crushing, the material is screened by the vibrating screen and transported to the cone breaking by the belt conveyor for fine crushing.
• The second stage: medium fine crushing：After the granite transported to the cone is crushed, the circular vibrating screen is used for screening, and the material greater than or equal to 40mm is returned to the cone and broken again.
• The third stage: sand making：The crushed granite particles less than 40mm are sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping, and the materials greater than or equal to 20mm are sent back to the sand making machine for fine crushing again. Materials less than 20mm are sent to the circular vibrating screen for screening and packaging. If clean granite is needed, it can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
