Andesite properties
Andesite is a type of volcanic extrusional rock, which is a neutral, common volcanic rock of orogenic belt. It contains porphyry, which may be feldspar, pyroxene, hornblende, mica or quartz. The main minerals are oxides of iron and titanium.
Andesite crushing production line flow
The processing of andesite is divided into three stages: coarse crushing of jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing of cone crusher and sand shaping of sand making machine.
- The first stage: coarse crushing: The large andesite material is uniformly fed by the vibrating feeder through the bin and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After coarse crushing, the material is screened by the vibrating screen and transported to the cone crusher for medium crushing by the belt conveyor.
- The second stage: medium fine crushing：After the granite transported to the cone crusher is crushed, the circular vibrating screen is used for screening, and the material greater than or equal to 40mm is returned to the cone crusher for crushing again.
- The third stage: sand making： The crushed andesite particles less than 40mm are sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping, and the materials greater than or equal to 20mm are sent back to the sand making machine for fine crushing again. Materials less than 20mm are sent to the circular vibrating screen for screening and packaging. If clean andesite is needed, it can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.

3. The mud content of the material can not exceed 10%, and the mud content will have an important impact on the output, equipment and process.
