Limestone aggregate production line is divided into coarse crushing, medium and fine crushing, screening three stages.

  • The first stage: coarse crushing: The limestone material blown down from the mountain is uniformly fed by the vibrating feeder through the silo and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing.
  • The second stage: medium fine crushing: The coarse crushed material is sifted by vibrating screen and transported by belt conveyor to the impact crusher for fine crushing.
  • The third stage: screening: The medium and fine crushed stone is transported to the vibrating screen through the belt conveyor to separate different specifications of stones, the stones that meet the customer’s particle size requirements are transported to the finished material pile through the belt conveyor, and the stones larger than the upper screen size are returned to the impact crusher through the belt conveyor to break again, forming a closed cycle.

  • The fourth stage: screening: After fine crushing and shaping, the material is sifted into coarse sand, medium sand, fine sand and other specifications by circular vibrating screen.

Note: For the sand with strict powder content requirements, a sand washing machine can be added behind the fine sand, and the sewage discharged by the sand washing machine can be recovered by the fine sand recovery device, which can reduce environmental pollution on the one hand and increase the sand production on the other hand.
